5. Cross-Border Border Duties & Import Tariffs
* METROSAVER EXCHANGE holds no authority over, and assumes zero legal or financial liability for, customs-induced clearance holds, border tariffs, or import processing fees applied by your home country.
* Any external financial obligations incurred upon cargo arrival (including import VAT, customs fees, or local administrative duties) are the exclusive responsibility of the importer (the customer). We advise reviewing your domestic import thresholds prior to buying.

6. Missing Packages & Damaged Arrivals

* We kindly request that you preserve all original shipping packaging and take high-resolution photos showing the damaged items. Share these along with your order confirmation number via email so we can instantly coordinate a replacement package or issue a full refund.
